  • you are legally capable of entering into a binding contract

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order if:

  • the product is unavailable

  • there is an error in pricing or description

5. PRICES & PAYMENTS

All prices are listed in EUR (€) and include VAT where applicable.

6. SHIPPING

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation.

7. RETURNS & RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

If you are based in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with EU consumer law.

To be eligible for a return:

  • the item must be unused

  • in original condition

  • with all original tags attached

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.

8. EXCHANGES

Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Items must meet the same conditions as returns.

We will assess the situation and provide an appropriate solution.
